So at last....this may actually be the final draft!!!

Here's my commentary from the original posted draft:

This one took forever!!! But it's finally done! :-D Supid scanner didn't pick up the details properly but...what can you do, right?

Anyway, this is Serina, goddess of the dimensions. She's Loriana and Caris' daughter, Seth's younger sister. And she is adorable!!!

I'll post the references that I used, but it is all done free hand, on...computer paper >.< with a number 2 pencil. I wasn't expecting to get so into it! I was looking at pictures of a red-tailed hawk for the details in her wings. If this had been on actual art paper, I would have done a more lifelike drawing instead of manga...with more detailed wings. But! I love the way she turned out here, regardless, and I hope you do too!

SO! People wanted a background! I thought to myself "what kind of background can I give her?? She's opening up a dimensional portal" then it clicked! Assume that dimensions liquefy around her as she travels from one to the other. Ta-da! Water. Easy enough.
